Frank is elderly and lives alone so we needed to get there quickly to isolate the problem and assess the risks of living in the house after the flood damage. With Frank temporarily in safer living conditions with relatives, we plumbed a new water tank in, put up new ceilings, laid new flooring and redecorated the bathroom and dining rooms, all in 3 weeks.
